there are two bugs to test
A. single selection across page
1. in both single and multiple selection listbox, click item 6
2. press the "down" key on keyboard, you should be able the select item 7, and the scroll bar will move with your selection
3. continue pressing "down" until you reach item 19
4. press "down" again to select item 20 on page 2, you should see scroll bar is scrolled to the top, showing item 20
B. scroll bar should move with multiple selection
1. in the multiple selection listbox, click item 6
2. hold "shift" key and press "down" to perform multiple selection
3. after selecting item 6, 7, 8 using "shift + down" you should see scroll moves with you selection
C. additional test using setSelectedIndex api
1. alternatively, enter the index of the item to be selected, and press the button
2. listbox should scroll to display the newly selected item
